Customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of successful business operations. Satisfaction is influenced by several factors within companies' operations, and together they form an entity that must be continuously monitored and developed to maintain market position relative to competitors. In addition to customer satisfaction, customers must also be aware of the services provided by the company, and the market conditions must be fa-vorable for conducting business. This thesis examined the customer satisfaction and awareness of services provided by Polygon Finland Oy, operating in the property damage industry, specifically in the prop-erty management and property manager sectors in the Joensuu business unit area. The research was conducted through an electronic questionnaire supplemented by targeted interviews. As a basis for the research, the market situation in the property damage industry across Finland was examined. Research data was gathered from responses by Polygon's current and lost customers, as well as potential future customers. Sufficient amount of responses were collected in order to evaluate areas where Polygon has succeeded and where improvements should be made. Additionally, some respondents were able to provide in-person interviews, which helped to define the results....
